For 5 years I worked in property construction as a Quantity Surveyor. My dream was always to become a fashion designer and make people look beautiful.
After getting married to a property investor, I decided to merge the two skills and become a Fashion Designer for properties.
I now run a company that furnishes and dresses HMO properties. Not only is this ALOT of FUN but also I get to help landlords drastically increase their rent.
Dolapo Oni
Founder of Citygate Property Development Ltd.
Dolapo Oni is a full time property entrepreneur and founder of Citygate Property Development Ltd.
She started out investing in property 9 years ago and built her expertise in buying in auction and has been featured bidding on Homes under the hammer.
Dolapo had previously worked in large corporates, such as KPMG consulting in the United States and BP in London, before investing part time in property and eventually leaving her job to fully immerse herself in the property sector, initially flipping properties and then building a portfolio of owned and managed properties. She and her husband have acquired and developed a multimillion pound portfolio over the years and she also has expertise in acquiring properties through Rent-to-rent.
She has a now developed a passion for coaching and mentoring people on how to navigate the property market and avoid the pitfalls. She recently started a property podcast called Property Mom (launching soon) to show case how you can earn multiple streams of income through property.
She has a husband and 2 lovely and boisterous children under the age of 5 and spends every spare second she has with them or at the gym.

A former Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in Wealth Management and a former Investment Banker at Morgan Stanley, Ayesha Ofori is a multi-award winning property investment specialist and a recognised leading businesswoman in the UK.
