Experts from Brabners and Kings Chambers will provide an update on recent case law and issues in relation to highways and rights of way.

The seminar is aimed at developers, landowners, local highway authorities and all those involved in development involving highways law and its’ practice.

The speakers are Brabners’ Planning Law Partner, Sophie Stewart and Kings Chambers’ Barrister, Ruth Stockley, who is the General Editor of the Highway Law and Practice Encyclopedia which she has edited for over 25 years, and the co-author of Sauvain on Highway Law.
