CIPD Milton Keynes Group & Dentons LLP – Legal Conference Part 1 – Mock Employment Tribunal; Postponed until further notice

HR professionals and business leaders rarely have the opportunity to see a live ET case which provides a rich learning for improving organisational practices. We are delighted Dentons LLP team have agreed to role play a mock employment tribunal case involving race discrimination and another protected characteristics to explore the concept of intersectionality. Audience Q&A and participation will follow. Clearly this will be a snap shot of the complexities that arise in discrimination cases so we will be offering additional handouts and resources to take away.

This session can be attended on a stand-alone basis or you can separately book for the afternoon session starting at 12:00 for lunch for our regular Legal Update (also with Dentons LLP and a Key Note Speaker) (please see the separate event details).
