Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year Awards 2020 (LALYs) – General Admission Ticket

Please note that due to government guidance on large gatherings the 2020 LALY awards will be a virtual event.  We are not currently selling tickets and will make an announcement soon about how you can participate in the ceremony on 7 July 2020. (LAPG, 22 May 2020)

The Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year Awards are organised by the Legal Aid Practitioners on a not-for-profit basis. The 18th LALYs (as the awards are known) will take place on the 7th July 2020, where the winners will be announced. They are the only awards which celebrate the work of grassroots lawyers doing publicly-funded work. 

6.30 – 7.30 pm – reception (drinks and canapes)

7.30 – 8.45 pm –  award ceremony

8.45 – 9.30 pm – drinks reception continues (charcuterie/cheese table)

9.30 pm – (approximately) cash bar
